Andrew Restall

Andrew Restall (1931–2024) graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 1954. He worked for the British Post Office between 1964 and 1983 designing several iconic issues, including Forth Road Bridge (1964), Battle of Britain (1965), Commonwealth Games (1970), and Sailing (1975). He was Head of Visual Communication at Brighton University from 1975. Since retiring, he concentrated on abstract landscapes.
