10c Black Pepper, white gum, multiple SPM watermark, bottom left corner imperforate traffic light/plate 8A–8A–8A–8A–8A block x 4. Very scarce major error as just this and one other imperforate plate block exist. Gum disturbance affecting the lower left stamp and margin otherwise fresh and fine. Mint never hinged.
