RM10 Arms revenue top marginal block x 6, perf 12½ x 12½, with one example featuring a complete magenta offset on the gummed side, three with a partial offset, and the remainder normal. An extraordinary piece. Very scarce as just 10 stamps exist with a complete offset and a further 8 with a partial offset. Fresh and fine. Mint never hinged. BF24var
