An advanced pencil design of the 2s value on board measuring 316 x 216 mm. Plus pen doodles of both values on scrap paper and additional ideas on an envelope addressed to the designer with WELLINGTON, NZ circular cancel dated 9 MCH 1965, nine months before the stamps were issued.
