Note: the 3½c surcharge exists in seven readily identifiable states. Type I (short centre) normal and wide and type II (long centre) normal, wide and with emboldend 'c' all come from the same printing. Each sheet (of 60) contains 33 examples of type I normal, five of type I wide, 19 of type II normal (of which one example from column 3, row 9 features an emboldened 'c'), and three of type II wide. Type III is more compact and was issued 6 June 1961; it exists with emboldend 'c' from column 3, row 7 of sheets
