10c Coat of Arms single, bluish striated PVAD gum, no watermark, perf 13¾ x 13¼, with perforation shift resulting in two deep blue lines at the top of the stamp and the rest of the design shifted downwards. Very unusual. Fresh and fine. Mint never hinged. SG1017var; SC543var; CPP12b(P)
